The Challenge

The National Academy of Public Administration (NAPA) is an independent, non-profit, and non-partisan organization established to assist government leaders in building more effective, efficient, accountable and transparent organizations. Dense, we know. The organization consists of primarily 700+ Fellows. When we sat down and got to talking, their biggest challenge was their website, which was difficult to manage and lacked an efficient way to manage the Fellow accounts.

The Prime Fix

By putting NAPA’s website on a new content management system, they now can control not only the website’s content, but the organization’s member accounts and billing. The new website encompasses complex (but easy to use) reporting tools, member payments, event registration, and a host of other features that make life a little easier for both NAPA and the Fellows.

The Action Plan

We have continued to partner with NAPA on their day-to-day business and are always working hard to improve how their website can be used to prompt internal efficiencies as well as an outward marketing presence. NAPA has done an awesome job with pushing the envelope on new ideas to make their processes better in a sector that is usually a playing catch-up. Through a consistent communication and review schedule, we maintain a working relationship we’re really proud of--building better online systems and tools that benefit NAPA now and tomorrow.
